and fabric paint the one winged eagle tattoo on a pair of tights. I had the boots already, the socks are from Sock Dreams and the blazer is from H&M I ordered the vest and tie online. Oh and it's nice that apparently clip on flowers are a thing too! I found the rose at JoAnn's and even though it's not 100% accurate it's really pretty and has some gems in the center of it. I just attached some black ribbon and clipped it to the wig.
