I used a combination of craftfoam and wonderflex and drafted my own patterns for the forearm and bicep portions and used AmethystAngel's tutorial for automail for the hand.

Thanks! =D I'm glad you like it.
It's actually just card-stock covered in black Duck Tape. The shoulder straps are also card-stock with large drops of glue from a hot glue gun (for the spike/bump things) and are painted silverish.
