you say this is from SuperS aka the SS series but she has the clear plastic fins from the shoulders which was only in the Stars series not Super S

Actually, sweetie, I think you're confusing the outer senshi with the inner senshi. The inner senshi do get the Super uniforms in SuperS because Helios helps them power up. So, yes, my description is correct and Jupiter does have the clear wings on the sleeves in SuperS.
The first video is just Jupiter and the second one is all the Inner Senshi

They get the clear plastic fins from Helios in Super S. The inners all have them. The outer Senshi get them in the first Episode of Stars, that may have caused your confusion.
